We appreciated the facilities offered by this absolutely great hotel. Its good, central location was a plus.

The bathroom was dirty and no breakfast.

The location is convenient for exploring Reno. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to reach. Very professional staff, they smile all the time. New-fashioned rooms complete with decent furnishings as well as the microwave.

All in all, it was easy base for traveling to Reno. I greatly enjoyed convenient placing of climate control and multi-channel television in the queen room. Had tea and goodies at Oxbow Cafe & Bistro, nestled 2 mi of the property.

The staff were accommodating and helpful, addressing noise issues and upgrading our room. The burnt orange accents and fabrics added a nice touch to the room. a pleasant experience.
